Tenerife is altogether too relaxing!
Fans of English Premiership football club Bolton Wanderers are asking why their team went to the expense of sending first-team players on a luxury mid-season break in Tenerife.
The players spent the best part of a week relaxing in the sun and playing golf, activities they fitted in around normal training sessions.
But the week obviously proved altogether too relaxing, with Bolton promptly being thrashed 4-1 by Tottenham Hotpsurs in their first game after their return to the rigours of the demanding English soccer season.
