Tenerife Holiday Package - special island for special holidays

If you are looking for a place with pleasant and steady temperatures throughout the full year, then Tenerife is the perfect destination for you to book your next package holiday.

You can have a beach holiday no matter which time of the year you would like to go. But you can also enjoy activities like walking, hiking and other sports in tenerife.

The northern part of the island is the greener part with an oppulent and unique vegetation. Here you find the village of Puerto de la Cruz, which is a popular holiday destination.

Choose between accommodations like hotel, apartment, holiday home or luxury villa. Tenerife is the perfect destination for you to book your next package holiday!

Excursions at package holidays

Many excursions are offered with a package holiday. You can book them directly in your hotel. It is recommended to book these bus-trips within the package holiday.

1. On the way to Masca, a village in the mountains of Tenerife one can enjoy - for example by bus-trip - the breathtaking landscape. In Masca you can discover the traditional way of life of the people in Tenerife.

Another favourite tour is the trip to the Teide, the famous volcano of the island. On the way there one might think to be on a different planet, so bizarre is the vulcanic landscape. Probably one reason why the blockbuster Planet of the Apes was filmed here.

If you want to spend a nice evening Puerto de la Cruz is the place to be, especially for older vacationers. Nice restaurants with the typical food of the island are various, the prizes are all right and the people very friendly and helpful. One attraction is a pub in Puerto de la Cruz where one can enjoy the British way of pub-life with original british beer.

Do you want to spend some money buying the latest fashion Santa Cruz de Tenerife, the capital city, has got the best and most trendy shops and boutiques for it. Shopping at its best.
An attraction of the city is the huge fountain in the middle of the town with two big statues on the central place Plaza España. The size of it is astonishing.

All-inclusive holiday

Record numbers of tourists heading for Tenerife to enjoy their holidays.

Yet already the bar, cafe and restaurant owners on the island of eternal spring are asking: 'Where are all these tourists? We can't see them!'

The problem is that so many of the island's hotels are signing up to the latest tourist fad – namely, the all-inclusive holiday.

Going 'all-in' means that you take all your meals and all your drinks within the confines of the hotel and its grounds. Personally, I can think of nothing worse than spending an entire holiday cooped up within the confines of one establishment. But it seems that many 21st century tourists see it as the perfect holiday.

And it's leaving many small business owners on the island ringing their hands in disbelief. Not a few of them are worried.

Recent Canarian government figures confirmed that there are some 10,000 catering establishments on Tenerife and it seems that many of them are already feeling the pinch as more and more hotels and tour operators turn over to this latest fancy.

To give an idea of how all-embracing and world-encapsulating this trend has become, simply typing in the words 'all inclusive holidays' into Google returned a staggering millions of results, offering all-inclusive deals in all four corners of the globe. In reality, it's yet another example of the march of global corporatism that threatens to make every town and city in the world a carbon copy of its neighbour.

It's already ruined High Streets the length and breadth of the UK and now it's beginning to threaten those places where traditionally we have been able to get away from it all. Undoubtedly we live in a crazy world – yet it seems to be getting still crazier by the minute.

So be careful to leave your club hotel in tenerife!

The next time you want to spend a great time, what about really discovering Tenerife?
You can book the excursions offered in your hotel, but you are also able to rent a car and discover this beautiful island of your own. There are so many old towns, viewpoints, beaches, regions and an uncountable number of little things and places to see!

If it's winter or summer, it doesn't matter, because climate and temperatures on tenerife island are good the whole year around!
