Grand Hotel Anthelia in Tenerife South
Tenerife has a new luxury five-star hotel following a £4.7-million revamp of the Grand Hotel Iberostar Selection Anthelia in Costa Adeje.
Spanish group Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has upgraded its flagship Spanish hotel, creating the company’s first five-star property in Spain.
Since the Gran Anthelia Tenerife re-opened in 2007, the hotel invented also a new butler service for guests staying in the suites, offering them a dedicated butler.
The renowned hotel will also feature a water spa with thermal activity pool including jacuzzis, fountains and underwater shoots.
Located directly on the seafront, between the two main beaches of Playa del Duque and Playa de Fañabe, only the seafront promenade separates the hotel from the beach, which is around 50 metres away.
Iberostar has 36 four-star Spanish hotels including four in Tenerife.
The group has 98 hotels currently in operation worldwide and will celebrate the opening of its 100th hotel in May with the Iberostar Rose Hall in Montego Bay, Jamaica.
